Gift code is a form of payment for new customers or for those who are already users of our services. You can use the gift voucher within the validity period on your own account, or even give it as a gift to someone. It can be purchased at many retailers, online stores, and digital wallets.
Where to buy the gift card?
You can purchase the gift certificate at Banco Inter, at the PicPay digital wallet, at Grupo Card's authorized stores, and at RVGO.
Forms of payment and terms
The gift card is available for 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months (plus a free period if you are a new user).
The method of payment of the gift voucher may vary, subject to the modalities accepted at the places of purchase.
How do I redeem my gift voucher?
To redeem your gift voucher, follow the instructions on your card, which are as follows:
1. Go to www.dazn.com/redeem and enter your card number in the specific field. Click Apply.
2. If entered correctly, you will see a success message at the top of the screen stating the validity of your gift certificate.
3. You will then be asked to create a DAZN account, or enter your credentials if you already have one. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Immediately you will be able to watch your favorite sports live, or whenever you want, on your device or Smart TV.
Note: There is no need to enter payment details at this point, Even if you do enter payment details, we will only charge you when the period of your gift certificate expires. We will send you an email informing you when your gift certificate is close to its expiration date.
Important notes:
- The gift card purchased in Brazil, either in virtual stores (e-commerce) or promotional stores, is valid for use only in accounts created in DAZN Brazil.
- Redemption requires the registration of a new account or access to an existing account.
- Once redeemed, the value cannot be refunded or replaced, unless applicable law states otherwise.

Can I use the gift certificate if I subscribe to DAZN via a third party (such as the App Store or Google Play)?
Gift vouchers are only redeemable by customers directly billed by DAZN. If you have subscribed to DAZN via the App Store or Google Play, you will not be able to redeem your DAZN gift certificate as it is not compatible with accounts that are managed by third parties.
Can I cancel my account while using a gift code?
You can cancel your account at any time. But be aware that you can only use your gift certificate once. If you cancel your account, you will not be able to transfer your remaining usage period and will only have access to DAZN until the final expiration date of your gift certificate.
Example:
You redeem a gift certificate valid for 3 months
After 1 month, you cancel your subscription
You still have 2 additional months of access to DAZN until your gift certificate expires.
What happens to my account after my gift certificate expires?
You must either enter a new gift code, or update your payment method to credit card, PayPal or other available method. If you do not update your payment, access to the platform will be suspended. But rest assured that we will notify you before this happens.
How long does my access to DAZN last?
You can watch DAZN until your gift card expires; after that, your account will be automatically cancelled. But rest assured that we will let you know before that.
Can I change the payment method while using a gift voucher?
