Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren have chosen the five weight classes for their Matchroom vs. Queensberry event.
The two promoters have long been rivals but are now open to working more closely as many fighters in their respective stables have been integral to boxing in Saudi Arabia.
The next huge event in the Kingdom sees Tyson Fury face Oleksandr Usyk on May 18, live on DAZN PPV, but there is another event in the works.
That will see five fighters chosen by each promoter to face off, with the pair of them choosing the weights, with Turki Alalshikh also picking one.
They have now announced that two heavyweight fights, one middle, one featherweight and one light heavyweight fight will take place.
The night will go ahead on June 1, with the names of the fighters yet to be revealed.
