The American youngster tipped Joshua for the win.

Young super featherweight Marc Castro believes that Anthony Joshua will emerge victorious when he finally faces fellow heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury.

21-year-old Castro is preparing for his fight on May 8 against Irving Castillo as part of the Canelo Alvarez vs. Billy Joe Saunders card, shown live on DAZN globally (except in Mexico).

Asked who would be the winner of what would become the most anticipated fight of the year, Castro plumped for the four-belt champion, who many consider to be the underdog.

Castro said, “It’s going to be a tough one but I’m going with AJ,

“He’s a more overall boxer, but he’s going to pull it out. It won’t be easy, [Fury’s] hard to hit, but his amateur experience will give him the win.”

Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn and his peer Bob Arum have been exchanging words over the past weeks over their concern of getting the fight over the line, with Hearn saying Arum was having ‘a crazy one.’
