The boxing legend has previewed the December 23 clash.

Roy Jones Jr. is the latest notable name in the boxing industry to make his prediction for Anthony Joshua vs. Otto Wallin.

Joshua and Wallin meet in the main event of the "Day of Reckoning" event in Saudi Arabia on December 23 in what is set to be a memorable night of boxing.

After two wins earlier this year, Joshua is set for his toughest test of 2023 when he takes on the durable Swede who in the past caused a number of problems against the current WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

However, Jones expects Joshua to make easy work of the Swedish heavyweight and as he looks to feature in some huge fights in 2024.

"Wallin is also a good fighter but AJ has got another gear in him that Wallin may not have. I haven’t seen enough from Wallin to suggest he can beat AJ," Jones told ActionNetwork

“I don’t think Wallin is a banana skin, I think if Joshua comes prepared he’ll be ok, but if he doesn’t come prepared then there’s a problem, like when Fury didn’t come prepared for Ngannou. But I am expecting Joshua to deal with Wallin.”

Fans will be eager to see a Joshua win with the former world heavyweight champion linked with a matchup against Deontay Wilder in 2024, the American will fight on the same night as Joshua when he takes on Joseph Parker in the co-main event.
