Appearing on the undercard of Zelfa Barrett’s huge encounter with Jordan Gill, Crolla was hoping to impress in front of a big audience, and he didn't waste the opportunity.
Just like his older brother Anthony, a former lightweight world champion, the younger Crolla demonstrated great ability to go the body.
A stunning shot in that area was too much for Cascone and he was unable to beat the count.
Crolla has now stopped his last four opponents and none of them have made it past the second round.
