Timothy Bradley has had his say on this weekend’s blockbuster fight between Canelo Alvarez and Jaime Munguia.
The Mexican pair will clash in a huge battle in Las Vegas on May 4 with super-middleweight glory on the line as Alvarez looks to make a successful world title defence.
Earlier this year, Munguia sent out a vicious statement when he stopped John Ryder in nine rounds less than a year after the Brit had gone the distance with Canelo.
Munguia enters the bout in a confident manner, but Bradley, a former world champion himself, can’t look past Canelo.
“I think he beats him, and I think he beats him handily. [Sergiy] Derevyanchenko was able to get in Munguia’s behind, and some people even thought Derevyanchenko beat Munguia,” said Bradley when speaking to Fight Hub.
“You’ve got a guy as smart as Canelo, who can land that boom. That’s what it is.”
