Daniel Dubois breathed life into his career at the end of 2023 with a dominant win over Jarrell Miller on a huge show in Saudi Arabia last December.
Dubois had to overcome some tough moments in the fight’s early stages before taking over and forcing a late stoppage over the previously unbeaten American.
After suffering a stoppage defeat to Oleksandr Usyk last August, there were some concerns that Dubois might have ran out of chances at the highest level, but it’s likely that the London heavyweight will have more big opportunities.
Dubois’ other career defeat came against Joe Joyce in 2020 and Carl Froch believes he should target a rematch with ‘The Juggernaut.’
“I think potentially a Joe Joyce fight could be a good option for Dubois, just to correct that one,” said Froch when speaking to LuckyBlock.com
"I don’t know about Joe Joyce but I’m sure he still wants to fight at a top level even after his losses to Zhang.”
