Chantelle Cameron ready to demand changes ahead of potential Katie Taylor rematchDAZN

Chantelle Cameron is already looking for changes ahead of any rematch with Katie Taylor.

The pair battled through a classic as Taylor failed to claim Cameron's undisputed status at light welterweight, with the Irish fighter also giving up her unbeaten record.

Taylor and her promoter Eddie Hearn are also keen on running it back, but speaking to the BBC, Cameron noted she would not rush into any second fight.

She said: "If you have a good team behind you then you can achieve anything you want.

"A few opponents had given me tips in the build-up to this fight and it worked out well.

"If I'm honest. I wasn't expecting the decision to go my way. I'm over the moon it went my way and the right woman got her arm raised.

"I need to speak to my team because everything was in Katie's favour in this fight. I walked to the ring first and also came to Ireland so we need to speak about how it's going to play out with the rematch.

"I've always wanted the Katie fight so I knew I had to bite the bullet on everything. Katie challenged me on Instagram and I have all the respect for her but it's my turn now."

Hearn has suggested that a rematch could take place as soon as this autumn.
