Conor Benn still wants to fight Chris Eubank Jr. and made sure to make that known after he defeated Peter Dobson in Las Vegas.
After the fight, he and Eddie Hearn were both asked about the fight that got away.
"We want to position him for a world title," Hearn said of Benn. "We need to get that lingering problem out of his head. Let’s get that done. I want to give him the biggest fight I can in the UK. This guy has a big future in British boxing."
That lingering problem is Eubank Jr. who he was supposed to fight in October 2010 before adverse findings in a drug test saw the fight canceled.
"He's a p—y," Benn said of Eubank Jr. "That's all there is to it."
Hearn also said Eubank Jr. will make "three times his biggest payday" if he agrees to fight Benn and urged him to "sign the contract."
Benn defeated Dobson via decision on Saturday.
