Daniel Dubois has a huge opportunity later this month when he faces Oleksandr Usyk for the unified heavyweight world title, but that hasn’t stopped the London fighter from offering his thoughts on other fights.
Dubois travels to Poland on August 26 to challenge the unbeaten Ukrainian and he begins the fight a significant underdog.
Victory for Dubois will open the door for future big fights, and one could be the winner of Anthony Joshua vs. Deontay Wilder.
The long-time rivals are set to face off in 2024 and Dubois has offered his verdict on the fight and who he thinks will emerge victorious.
“Right now, based off their past performances, you’d say Wilder,” said Dubois when discussing the bout with Boxing News.
“Styles make fights in boxing. We’ll see, let the best man win.”
