Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois will collide in September, live on DAZN, and Ricky Hatton is backing Joshua to become a three-time world heavyweight champion.
The pair will meet at Wembley Stadium later this year and Dubois’ IBF title will be on the line.
Since losing to Oleksandr Usyk in 2022, Joshua has rebounded impressively and with Ben Davison in his corner, he’s scored two impressive stoppages over Otto Wallin and Francis Ngannou.
Dubois is in the form of his career after halting both Jarrell Miller and Filip Hrgovic, and Ricky Hatton has had his say on the upcoming contest.
“I think AJ beats Daniel, he's bigger than Daniel for a start and that’s saying something because Daniel is a beast of a fighter,” said Hatton when speaking to Prime Casino.
“But AJ's got his confidence back now. You can also say that about Daniel after his last couple of fights. It’s the perfect time for this fight, both of them are in great form, I think AJ's got a little bit more in his armoury.”
