Here's how to watch the British, Commonwealth and European heavyweight title clash between Daniel Dubois and Joe Joyce.

Daniel Dubois meets Joe Joyce on Saturday 28 at Church House, London, when the pair fight for the British, Commonwealth, European, and WBC silver heavyweight titles.

Queensberry Promotions head Frank Warren is looking forward to a clash that was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“Dubois versus Joyce is the best fight on the British boxing calendar and I want this to be something as many people as possible can enjoy,” he said.

“It’s a bonus that the added exposure gained from the fight will really help the boxers as they move forward with their careers."

Emerging talent, 23-year-old Londoner Dubois (15-0, 14 KOs) believes that he has made good use of lockdown to improve, and is ready for his second fight of the year. He last fought in August, beating Dutch fighter Ricardo Snijders.

“I’ll be ready to go for sure,” Dubois claimed.

“It has been tough during lockdown, but I have ticked over and I’m back in the Peacock gym helping my sparring partners.

“Hopefully in the near future I will be able to get some good overseas sparring in. I’ll be ready, so I hope Joe is coming prepared.”

Veteran boxer Joyce (11-0, 10 KOs) is 12 years senior to Dubois, but with 11 fights out of the amateurs to his name he has less professional experience. He too has just one fight so far in 2020, defeating Michael Wallisch back in July.

“It was great news to get the new date so I can finally punch up Dubois,” he said.

“Obviously once lockdown started I had a good idea we wouldn’t meet in July, but I was always staying on top of training.

“Now gyms are open for athletes I can kick on and just keep my focus on the new date, finally settling the score with Dubois and moving on to a world title fight.”
