Dereck Chisora (32-9, 23 KOs) has his work cut out for him if he is to produce an upset of undefeated newcomer to the heavyweight ranks, Oleksandr Usyk (17-0, 13 KOs), with the Brit's toughness regarded by experts as his best shot at success.
So, with just over a fortnight until their Oct. 31 main event, Chisora's manager David Haye issued an open invitation to any southpaw fighters in the area who fancy their chances of dropping the 36-year-old in a sparring session.
Haye, on his 40th birthday, said in the video on the Sky Sports Boxing Twitter feed: "I require some southpaw heavyweights and cruiserweights to give Dereck Chisora some good rounds.
"So, if you're out there, send me a message. You'll get £100 a round, and £1000 if you can knock him down. And we'll pay for your travel, and all that.
"Come on guys, give him all the heat he needs!"
Haye, who himself defeated Chisora via fifth-round KO back in 2012 at Upton Park, retired in 2018 after losing to Tony Bellew for the second time.
Chisora, meanwhile, is the underdog against Usyk, who in turn retired Bellew at the end of 2018, but Chisora has won his last three fights since losing to Dillian Whyte in their rematch.
Promoter Eddie Hearn recently said the card, along with three other upcoming Matchroom events, would be held at the SSE Arena in Wembley where they hope to be able to welcome a small number of ticket-buying fans, but that the show would take place even if COVID-19 restrictions end up meaning no fans are allowed at all.
