Deontay Wilder's bizarre Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk prediction prompts angry reaction from fansDAZN

Deontay Wilder has made a stunning prediction regarding the outcome of a potential undisputed clash between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.

The reigning heavyweight champions are currently locked in negotiations that will hopefully see the pair finally share a ring at some point in 2023 with all the titles on the line.

Wilder, a fighter who knows Fury as well as anyone, has offered his thoughts on the bout and it’s not a pleasant verdict.

The heavy-handed American went 0-2-1 with Fury in an incredible trilogy has found it hard to accept defeat against the current WBC ruler, and when asked about Fury vs. Usyk, he offered a harsh response.

“I don’t know. That’s a 50/50 fight. Depends on who’s gonna cheat the hardest. That’s what it is, it depends on who’s gonna cheat the hardest,” said Wilder when speaking with ES News

“Somebody got gloves they didn’t approve, that ain’t approved by a sanction, but because it’s their gloves it’s ok. Some have referees over-count.”

The proclamation comes after Wilder's famous accusations of cheating in the wake of his first loss to Fury, which took place in their second fight overall.

Claims of doctored gloves and drugs cheating were laughed off by many, but the American's latest interview suggests he is sticking to his guns on the subject.

The quote didn't go down well with fans on Twitter, with one wondering: "Is Wilder getting ahead of his excuse after losing to Usyk? When did Usyk cheat?"

Another wrote: "Cheat? Like Wilder when he made up all lame excuses and got battered... first it was his drink that was spiked then Mark Breland then Fury’s gloves... surprisingly after the third loss he didn’t bad mouth Malik Scott".
