Devin Haney and Regis Prograis meet for world honours in December.

Ryan Garcia has revealed who he believes will be the victor when Regis Prograis defends his WBC super lightweight title against Devin Haney on December 9 live on DAZN and DAZN PPV

After holding all four world title belts at lightweight, Haney is moving up to 140lbs with the aim of becoming a two-weight world champion, but WBC champion Prograis stands in his way.

The defending champion has revived his career since losing to Josh Taylor in 2019 and claimed the second world title belt of his career when he knocked out Jose Zepeda last year.

With both fighters at the peak of their powers, this world title clash is one that is generating excitement amongst the boxing world and now Garcia has made his prediction.

"That’s going to be a good one. Devin Haney’s gonna pull out the victory," Garcia told DAZN

"[Regis] will come forward and fight. Devin’s not a come forward guy. Devin Haney, decision, 12 rounds.”

Ryan Garcia is also set to return to the ring when he takes on Oscar Duarte on December 2 in his first fight since losing to Gervonta Davis seven months ago.
