Manny Pacquiao is set for a return to the ring as he faces Korean YouTube star, DK Yoo, in an exhibition contest in December.
The iconic Filipino retired from boxing last year when he was outpointed by Yordenis Ugas but the urge to follow his great rival, Floyd Mayweather, into the exhibition circuit has been too hard to resist.
Following legendary battles with the likes of Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera, Tim Bradley, and Juan Manuel Marquez, Pacquiao will now face Yoo later this year.
Possessing martial arts experience, Woo competed against former UFC star, Bradley Scott, last year where he was largely dominated despite no official verdict being announced.
With Pacquiao now officially entering exhibition territory, could we see him partake in a contest with Mayweather once more?
The former pound for pound star has been around that scene for a number of years facing opponents such as Logan Paul, and a return bout with Pacquiao, even under exhibition rules, would be a lucrative meeting for both men.
Will both fighters be satisfied using their wealth of experience against lesser opponents? Or will the money that their historic rivalry potentially generates be enough to have both outstanding fighters facing each other once more?
