Ebanie Bridges on Shannon Courtenay rematch: 'Only person who doesn't want that fight is Shanny!'DAZN
Bridges says she wants to give fans the fight they want to see.

Ebanie Bridges is ready to clash with Bec Connolly as part of Matchroom Boxing's Fight Camp 2 card Saturday.

But while speaking with The DAZN Boxing Show on Friday, the women's bantamweight fighter couldn't help but call out her rival Shannon Courtenay. The two had a memorable battle in April, when Courtenay was declared the unanimous decision winner.

Bridges wants the rematch for an opportunity to avenge that loss.

"I want to fight for the fans. The fans want that fight," Bridges said on the show. "Let's see it. The only person who doesn't want that fight is Shanny! She's the only one who doesn't want that fight.

"Eddie (Hearn) knows that fight's a good fight and a good money fight.

"I already built that hype for the last one. Imagine the hype for the next one."

Bridges added that she purposely didn't call it a truce with Courtenay after their gutsy fight in April for the purposes of trying to run it back.

"I've purposely not gone 'Hey babe, want to go get a coffee? No, f—k that s—t."

As Bridges looks back on the bout, she also maintains that she should have had her hand raised in England.

"I think I won the fight. My style ... if I was in Texas or Mexico, I 100 percent would have won that fight."
