Eddie Hearn was impressed with the efforts of both Fabio Wardley and Frazer Clarke as they delivered a classic last weekend.
The heavyweight pair contested the British title and the bout ended in a draw despite Clarke being dropped and losing a point.
The fight received widespread acclaim across the boxing industry, and it looks likely that the brave pair will clash again.
One fighter who could feature against both men moving forward is Johnny Fisher, and Hearn, the promoter of Fisher, believes his man belongs in the same class as Wardley and Clarke.
I was straight on the phone to Johnny Fisher, I said, ‘That’s the level that I really feel that you’re at,’ said Hearn when speaking to Matchroom Boxing.
“Adeleye and then those guys, and I want to see Johnny Fisher pushing fights like that because he can provide the same kind of heart, the same kind of energy and that domestic level, British championship, can be really exciting and well done to both.”
