Errol Spence vs. Terence Crawford: Kell Brook exposes weaknesses ahead of undisputed showdown

Errol Spence vs. Terence Crawford: Kell Brook exposes weaknesses ahead of undisputed showdownDAZN
Errol Spence and Terence Crawford finally meet for the undisputed welterweight title on Saturday night.

Former IBF welterweight world champion Kell Brook has exposed the weaknesses both Errol Spence and Terence Crawford posses ahead of their undisputed showdown on Saturday night.

With Spence and Crawford high up on many pound-for-pound lists, this contest is being billed as a '50-50' fight, but there are still flaws within their respective styles in Brook's eyes.

Brook fought both Spence and Crawford in 2017 and 2020 respectively, but on both occasions the Sheffield fighter was stopped.

Now ahead of what is set to be a memorable event in Las Vegas, Brook has drawn on his past experience and revealed the flaws of the two Americans, starting with Spence.

"Spence can get a bit frustrated in a fight early on, I noticed that when I fought him and over the years since," Brook said when speaking to the Metro courtesy of Freebets Bookmakers

"He can get hit and he can get hurt."

Moving onto Crawford, Brook was quick to point out that the WBO welterweight title-holder is someone who starts slow.

"With Terence, I think there were times early on when I was sharp shooting and outboxing him in the early rounds when we fought," Brook continued.

"Crawford is not the fastest starter. He warms up and gets better as the fight goes on. It is hard to go back to both fights but it’s going to be incredible.

"There is going to be bombs and haymakers at some stage and there is going to be a lot of deep tactical work, extremely high-level fighting around the ring. We will see it all."
