One fighter has fought at great arenas.

James Wilkins is fully aware of what it takes to fight on the grand stage after competing at venues like the Banc of California Stadium and The Alamodome.

Even in his last fight in 2021, Wilkins got superb treatment as he scored a win over Juan Tapia at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Next month, Williams will have his 13th fight and he’ll head to Skate Central in Sheffield, a facility used for ice skating with a capacity of 1000.

The Roy Jones Jr trained fighter is looking to get some international experience and Dennis Hobson is staging the show that will see Wilkins make his U.K. debut.

"How good is that? That is the boxing world. Brilliant,” said Hobson when speaking to the Sheffield Star

"Roy just wants to see if he can get them to the next level and then go from there.

"As for Wilkins, Roy rates him, but he'll have to deliver or he will get moved on.”
