Fighter who destroyed Nonito Donaire makes winning return

Fighter who destroyed Nonito Donaire makes winning returnshowtime
One fighter is back in action.

Nicholas Walters was once one of the most feared men in boxing but a loss to Vasiliy Lomachenko forced him into a long period of inactivity.

The Jamaican puncher climbed to the business end of the featherweight division with a destructive win over Nonito Donaire in 2014 but after losing to Lomacnhenko two years later, Walters was absent.

Earlier this week, Walters retired to America for his first fight there in over seven years and he was victorious as he moved past Joseph Adorno in Florida.

Walters had two fights in Columbia last year but this was his first opportunity to return to the States and perform on a significant show.

Walters showed glimpses of his own quality as he defeated Adorno with relative ease, but there’ll be tougher tests ahead.

Walters is eager to return to world level, but does he still possess the quality after such a long time away from the ring?
