The boxing legend was given a warning not to underestimate the strength of the YouTube star.

Logan Paul’s sparring partner has warned Floyd Mayweather to be wary of the YouTube celebrity’s power.

Paul is to face Mayweather in his second professional fight, with the first coming in his rematch against fellow social media star KSI. The first fight saw the pair fight to a draw, while KSI won the second in a split decision.

Paul has been taking his preparation for his next fight seriously, and sparring partner Angel Lozano has issued a warning over his strength.

Speaking to MyBettingSites.co.uk, Lozano said that Paul is only the second professional to leave him with a black eye during sparring.

“Logan has got some power for sure, he left me a little black eye the first time we sparred, he left me a little shiner,” he said.

“He caught me and I was pretty surprised. I’ve only ever had one other fighter leave me a black eye and he was world champion Gilberto Ramirez!

“He got some pop for sure and he can take a punch too, he’s become more composed after taking a shot.

“He’s working on going in there and really making Floyd uncomfortable, going in there and making it a bit of rough, bump him up a bit.

“Don't give him no room to breathe basically. You start making Mayweather comfortable and he’s going to start having fun in there.

“Logan’s movement for sure will be a big factor, he's got a good jab and heart. Floyd is going to be surprised by his ability to move, for being as big as he is he’s really hard to hit.

“He’s really coordinated and moves like a smaller guy. It will be interesting to see what happens in the clinch, when he was sparring some guys around Mayweather’s weight, some of them were easy for him to move around.”

Paul will face Mayweather in an exhibition fight on February 20.
