Former Floyd Mayweather and Oscar De La Hoya opponent to train Jake Paul

Former Floyd Mayweather and Oscar De La Hoya opponent to train Jake PaulDAZN

Jake Paul has made changes to his training team following his recent loss to Tommy Fury and that means Shane Mosley is now part of the coaching set up with Theo Chambers and J’Leon Love.

Paul was beaten via split decision in February, but there was some belief from some that he had done enough after dropping the Brit in the final round.

Paul returns to action in August when he steps back into the ring against former UFC superstar, Nate Diaz.

Paul begins the bout a decent favourite but he’s not taking any chances following the Fury setback and that’s why changes have been made to the team with Mosley, a man who’s shared the ring with Floyd Mayweather and Oscar De La Hoya, coming onboard.

"I think when he got in the ring with Tommy Fury, his mental wasn't there, his health wasn't 100% and there were a lot of things that were wrong," said Mosley to ESPN

“There's a couple little, minor technical things he should work on and could work on, but I think the main problem was [mental], how he approached the fight."
