Francis Ngannou is currently making big headlines in the boxing world, but the former UFC superstar has not given up on MMA just yet.
The exciting heavyweight was a huge attraction inside the cage and his popularity has transferred over to boxing following his herculean effort against Tyson Fury last year.
Ngannou was able to drop the current WBC heavyweight champion, but he couldn't secure the win as he was beaten via split decision.
Ngannou will now face Anthony Joshua in another boxing event this March but despite racking up a number of high-profile fights inside the ring, Ngannou still wants to return to MMA.
“At this point, I’m not done with MMA. I can tell you that I’m not done with MMA, because I still believe that there’s still some great fights out there that I can still offer fans,” said Ngannou when speaking to DAZN
“My MMA fans were my base, who also helped me to get to this position, so I’m still thinking about how to work with that community.”
