Francis Ngannou has admitted that a fight with Anthony Joshua is still a potential option after signing a major deal with the PFL.
The former UFC superstar made big headlines recently when he announced that he had put pen to paper on a deal with the thriving MMA company and the French heavyweight has a ton of options moving forward.
Since deciding to move on from the UFC, Ngannou has been linked to a number of high-profile boxing bouts with Joshua, Tyson Fury, and Deontay Wilder the three names consistently standing out.
If the move to boxing does come about then Ngannou has made it perfectly clear that a fight with Joshua is something he would entertain.
“Anthony Joshua is a fight we like,” said Ngannou when speaking on The DAZN MMA Show.
“We spoke with Eddie [Hearn] once but that was when Joshua was about fight Franklin.
“If we bring this to Africa then it is going to be massive. I think this will get him excited, that he can fight in this continent.”
