Gervonta 'Tank' Davis wants the winner of the fight between Luke Campbell and Ryan Garcia, though Garcia believes he would defeat the two-division champion.

Gervonta Davis wants to fight the winner of the upcoming Luke Campbell vs Ryan Garcia fight. Garcia is certainly interested and confident that he could beat Davis.

Lightweight champion Davis' confidence is soaring after his recent knockout victory over Leo Santa Cruz, and he has turned his attention to the boxing star with a massive presence on social media.

California’s Garcia faces British fighter Campbell on December 5 for the  WBC interim lightweight belt, in a division full of emerging talent such as Teofimo Lopez and Devin Haney.

Speaking to The Independent, Davis told the online newspaper that he had his eyes set on the winner of Campbell-Garcia.

“I know about both guys, they’re tremendous fighters,” Davis said. “I can take the winner.”

“I’ll fight either of them, they’re both great opponents. Luke Campbell is a great fighter, it certainly won’t be easy for Garcia.

“My eyes are definitely on this fight as I’d love to take on the winner.

“It’s a great fight and it’s hard to pick a winner, both can fight and both are elite. I’m a fan of the sport, so I’ll definitely be watching.”

Davis also said he would be prepared to fight in the UK if Campbell were the victor.

“May the best man win and then they can fight me next. We can definitely do it in the UK too, I love it there after fighting Walsh and really appreciate the support over there.”

Meanwhile, Garcia said he thought he had the beating of Davis should the pair meet.

The 22-year-old undefeated fighter spoke to TMZ, saying: "I'm extremely confident I'd beat that boy down. He's just a big bully."

Garcia believes that he would be a shock to Davis after years of success for them both in their careers.

"We all know we can both knock people out. We all know we can put people to sleep who don't belong in the ring with us.

“But, one day we got to step up and go against someone who can also get slept. And, that’s what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to get in there and give fans a fight they’ll remember for the rest of their lives.”
