'I'm going to put on a beautiful show by beating him up' - Jaron Ennis sends warning to Karen ChukhadzhianAmanda Westcott/Matchroom
The IBF welterweight champion is in action live on DAZN.

IBF welterweight champion Jaron Ennis is in a violent mood ahead of his next fight.

Defending his title on November 9, live on DAZN, he will face Karen Chukhadzhian in a rematch of their 2023 contest which Ennis won with ease by unanimous decision.

After beating David Avanesyan by stoppage in July, it was expected that Ennis would face WBO champion Brian Norman in a unification clash, but this contest failed to get made after Norman's team rejected a huge offer from Matchroom.

While Chukhadzhian may not be the man Ennis wanted to face next, he is the IBF mandatory challenger, therefore the Philadelphia star needs to face the 28-year-old to keep his belt.

Speaking to BoxingScene ahead of what should be another memorable night at the Wells Fargo Center, Ennis will be looking to make easy work of his upcoming opponent before pursuing unification fights in 2025.

“I'm going to put on a beautiful show by beating him up, breaking him down, having my fun, and getting my knockout at the end of the night,” Ennis said.

“It's going to be fireworks. I saw a lot of things that I am going to apply in this fight to show that I am that guy and show the world why I am the best.

“He doesn't do anything that concerns me. It was more about myself on fight night when I fought him. I didn't do what I was supposed to do. It was never him. It was me not doing what I was supposed to be doing and just looking for the knockout … As long as I have my fun, everything will fall into place. The knockout comes when you don't look for it.

“I'm not looking past him, but after I do my thing and win in spectacular fashion, I want the rest of the welterweight belts, and to stay busy."
