Following Claressa Shield's loss to Abigail Montes on Wednesday night, YouTube star turned boxer Jake Paul was quick to post his reaction to social media.
Shields had previously said it would be disrespectful if a women's boxer of her calibre featured on a Paul undercard.
In a rather lengthy post on Twitter, Paul called her defeat 'karma' and said "Shields is a loser. In MMA and even more so with her prima-donna attitude."
"Losses come when anger and hate take over. Just ask Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor," Paul went onto say.
"She [Shields] spent more time berating Jake Paul than learning jiu-jitsu."
"She's never been a big draw and unfortunately for her she never will be."
Paul is set to return to the ring on December 18th when he takes on Tommy Fury, Tyson Fury's brother, at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
