Jake Paul has taken aim at Saul "Canelo" Alvarez.

Just days after Alvarez put on an impressive performance in defeating Jermell Charlo, Paul took to social media to express his desire to step into the ring with the undisputed super middleweight champion.

"Logan fought Floyd and I will fight Canelo and show the world why I’m the greatest sports story ever," Paul wrote on Instagram on Monday, referring to his brother Logan's 2021 exhibition bout against Floyd Mayweather Jr. "See you soon Saul. Manifestation is real."

Paul's post even included a mock-up of a fight poster featuring himself and Alvarez.

Paul most recently fought against MMA star Nate Diaz in August, claiming a victory by unanimous decision. The social media star-turned-boxer has been at the forefront of the crossover scene, taking on the likes of Tommy Fury, Anderson Silva, Nate Robinson and Tyron Woodley in increasingly popular events.

While those names are big, Alvarez is arguably the biggest star in boxing. A match against the 33-year-old Mexican would undoubtedly be huge for Paul, who doesn't want to wait too long for a potential showdown with the four-weight champion.

"I’m 26. A 29 year old (Conor) McGregor fought a 40 year-old Floyd & got stopped," Paul posted on X. "I will fight a much younger Canelo and stop him. Mark this X."
