Jarrell Miller gives brutal 'quit' assessment on heavyweight rival

Jarrell Miller gives brutal 'quit' assessment on heavyweight rivalDAZN
Jarrell Miller is back in action this month.

Jarrell Miller has questioned the heart of Daniel Dubois as he gets ready to face the Brit later this month.

Miller will travel to Saudi Arabia to tackle Dubois and if he can cause a mini upset against the former WBA heavyweight champion, he’ll be in a good position to land himself a huge fight in 2024.

Dubois enters the bout on the back of a stoppage loss after falling short against Oleksandr Usyk back in August.

Despite being halted in the bout, Dubois did have some success and he was unfortunate not to score a knockdown against the Ukrainian after one of his punches was deemed to have landed low.

Miller has had plenty to say about his upcoming opponent.

“He started off good, but it’s not how you start it’s how you finish,” said Miller when discussing Dubois’ fight with Usyk to Boxing Social.

“We’ve seen that in Daniel Dubois he has a lot of quit in him. When things don’t go his way in the beginning, he kind of fades out.

“He landed a good body shot and before that it was going back and forth evenly between him and Usyk. But after the body shot wasn’t counted, it was like his mentality just deflated after that.”
