John Cena hits the boxing ring and MMA cage on the same day — sort ofDAZN

We're a week away from John Cena's scheduled tag team match at WWE Fastlane, but the wrestler-turned-actor's presence was still felt around the world of combat sports on Saturday.

Cena recently returned to WWE and is set to partner with LA Knight against Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa at Fastlane, and when he does so he'll arrive with his famous ring entrance music blasting through the speakers at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

The song is instantly recognizable for wrestling fans and was recorded by Cena himself along with his cousin Tha Trademarc back in 2004, and has since been synonymous with the 16-time champion's ringwalks and victory celebrations.

But on Saturday it was used as entrance music by two separate athletes in two different sports — in two different countries, no less.

First up was boxer Vasil Ducar, who used "The Time Is Now" ahead of his cruiserweight match against Cheavon Clarke in London.

Minutes later, MMA fighter Abdoul Abdouraguimov walked out to Cena's song at the PFL Europe Playoffs in Paris.

The song was played again after Abdouraguimov defeated Brad Wheeler by submission, giving Cena a small part of "The Lazy King's" big victory.
