John Fury predicts a 'chinning' as he picks Anthony Joshua vs. Dillian Whyte 2 winner

Josh Fury has given his backing to Anthony Joshua as he’s predicted the former two-time heavyweight champion to defeat Dillian Whyte on August 12.

The pair will collide for a second time in the professional code and neither fighter can afford a loss as each man is looking to push on and challenge for a world title in the near future.

In 2015, Joshua became the first man to defeat Whyte when he stopped his rival in the seventh session.

Since then, both men have enjoyed highs and endured lows, but with both tasting defeat in recent times, a win here will be vital for the victor to push on.

Fury Sr, a keen student of the division is tipping Joshua to get the job done.

“I do believe that he is on the slide, Dillian Whyte. I see AJ doing him in sensational style, I see AJ chinning him,” said Fury when speaking to Boxing Social via Free Bets Ireland

“Dillian Whyte has been a great ambassador for the job, great heavyweight, but he is at the end of his career, he’s had too many good hidings and he doesn’t like left hooks, does he? Or uppercuts! I see Joshua [winning], he’s that bit fresher.”
