Juan Francisco Estrada wants a unification fight with the winner of Kazuto  Ioka vs. Joshua Franco.

The pair fight in Tokyo on New Year’s Eve, with Ioka putting his WBO super flyweight belt on the line, and Franco risking his WBA (Regular) strap.

Estrada is coming off the back of his recent WBC championship victory in the trilogy rematch with Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Gonzalez.

Estrada believes both fighters have talent but wants to fight whoever emerges victorious.

“Ioka is a great fighter. He’s a four-division champion. Joshua Franco is a terrific fighter who is on the rise," Estrada said to BoxingScene.com. “Honestly, I’d fight either one, so whoever wins is fine.”

“Ever since I was at flyweight, I’ve always wanted to fight Ioka. I would love to unify against him because that’s the fight I’ve wanted longer."

Eddie Hearn is also ready to try to make a fight ahead of a fourth fight against Chocolatito.

“There [are] already calls for a fourth fight between Juan Estrada and Chocolatito Gonzalez,” he said. “But it’s going to be important to become undisputed in the division as well.

“It’s very important to Estrada, so we will see what happens with Franco and Ioka.”
