Katie Taylor already has her sights on a rematch with Chantelle Cameron.
In her homecoming fight, shown live on DAZN, Taylor pushed Cameron close for the English fighter's undisputed light welterweight status, but it was the younger woman who took the decision on points.
Cameron has since said that she will not run it back without considering her options, especially as Taylor was able to drive negotiations as the more famous fighter.
Promoter Eddie Hearn has said that autumn could be a suitable date for a rematch, with many fans entertained and demanding another chance to watch the pair go at it, potentially for Taylor's lightweight championships.
Speaking to the BBC, Taylor made it clear that while she was second best, she wants another chance.
She said: "I was expecting a gruelling fight and that's what it was. I obviously came up short. I always love a challenge and I'm looking forward to the rematch.
"This isn't how I wanted the homecoming to go but I'm grateful that this event could sell out in a couple of minutes."
