KSI believes that he will move on from a victory over Joe Fournier on Saturday night onto wins over Tommy Fury and Jake Paul.

KSI is a long-time rival of Paul despite his business relationship with Paul’s brother Logan. He is also looking to progress through the crossover boxing standings, and a win over Fury - who defeated Jake Paul earlier in the year - would be an impressive stepping stone.

First, however, he has to get past a former professional fighter, and an unbeaten one at that, when he meets former WBA International light heavyweight Fournier in the ring at the OVO Arena, shown live on DAZN and DAZN PPV .

Speaking after the weigh-in, he said: "I expect everything and it don’t even matter. Tomorrow. I am going to show the world a different KSI, constantly evolving, constantly getting stronger, better.

“Joe Fournier can't do anything to me, Joe Fournier cannot knock me out, I’m going to take his soul and add another stone to my gauntlet and I’m going to knock him out and move onto the next and the next.

“I can never be defeated, whether it’s Tommy Fury, whether it’s Jake Paul, whether it’s this piece of s—t, Joe Fournier, I will reign victorious everytime.”

Fournier was similarly bullish. He dismissed his opponent, saying: “He’s a fake, trying to cause a scene, but he’s going to get smacked up tomorrow. In front of all his little fans.”

Asked for a prediction, he said he would: “Knock him the f—k out tomorrow, plain and simple.

“He’s getting put to sleep in front of 15,000 of his fans.”
