Misfits presents its X Series 017 event this weekend—live on DAZN—headlined by the big crossover fight between former Premier League footballer Danny Simpson and YouTuber Danny Aarons.
It's been two years since the first-ever Misfits X Series show, and during that time, names such as Logan Paul, Tommy Fury, and Paige VanZant have all competed for the promotion.
Looking back on its legacy, KSI, one of the men behind Misfits, told DAZN what his favourite moment has been across the sixteen shows so far.
"My personal favourite, I think it's probably Dean versus Walid Sharks," he said.
"I was ringside for that fight and I remember it just being absolute fireworks. The time when Dean the Great was just there getting destroyed. Walid was just knocking him down, knocking him down.
"And then all it took was one big major shot from Dean the Great to win the fight and knock out Walid Sharks. Sharks didn't know where he was, what was going on.
"I thought that was really good from Dean. And I thought that fight in itself really showed what Misfits is. You don't know what's going to happen.
"It's the unexpected but it's a spectacle you have to watch."
