The undisputed women's lightweight title fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano this Saturday live on DAZN has captured the imagination of four-time world champion Laila Ali.
The daughter of boxing legend Muhammad Ali is regarded as one of the greatest female fighters to grace the sport of boxing, and is delighted to see two women headlining a boxing event at Madison Square Garden.
"I’m super excited for this fight," Ali told The DAZN Boxing Show.
"I’ve been a fan of Katie Taylor since the first time I saw her in the Olympics because I thought she just had superior skills, not just for a woman, just in general.
"I like her character and I’ve more recently become aware of Amanda Serrano and she’s a great fighter as well.
"I love that we’ve got two women fighting as the main event."
When asked by DAZN's Barak Bess to breakdown the fight itself, Ali believes it will all come down to who out of Taylor and Serrano has the better disicipline.
"In my mind I know what each fighter needs to do in order to win this fight because it could go either way.
"It’s a matter of who’s going to be more disciplined, have a game plan and stick to it."
