Okolie vs. Glowacki: The background
Glowacki suffered only his second professional loss (the other coming at the hands of former undisputed cruiserweight champion Oleksandr Usyk) when Mairis Briedis won a highly-controversial TKO call by the official in the World Boxing Super Series, costing the Polish fighter the WBO title in the process. The governing body later vacated the title when Briedis continued towards eventually claiming the Muhammad Ali trophy rather than grant Glowacki an immediate rematch.
Undefeated British former Olympian Okolie was named as the man to face Glowacki for the belt back in 2019. However, between the COVID-19 pandemic and Glowacki's own positive test, the title fight has taken a long time to come to fruition. When Glowacki was able to fight on Dec. 12, Okolie instead hammered another Polish cruiser in Nikodem Jezewski beneath Anthony Joshua's win over Kubrat Pulev.

The card takes place on Saturday, March 20. It begins at 7pm GMT, and main event ringwalks are expected at approximately 10pm GMT. However, as always with boxing, the exact start of the main event will depend on how long the undercard runs.
