The YouTube celebrity appears to be confident despite his experience.

Logan Paul believes his age could give him an advantage when he meets Floyd Mayweather in their match-up.

The 26-year-old YouTube celebrity is set to face the 44-year-old former multi-division world champion on June 6 in Miami, after their original February clash was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Paul told Sky Sports that the 18 year age gap had left him worried for his opponent.

"This fight means so much to my fans, to my family, to everyone watching who thought they couldn't do something in life," said Paul.

"That's the energy I'm going in with.

"I have nothing to lose. Literally, I have nothing to lose.

"So when you have a guy coming into the ring with that energy? And a guy who has everything to lose?

"As a grandad? I'm nervous for him!"

Mayweather has a 50-0 professional record, and since his retirement he has one exhibition fight to his name, also a win. He is far shorter than 6’2” Paul, and Mayweather acknowledged the difference.

"He has a huge following," Mayweather admitted.

"Big guy, strong guy.

"This is fun, it's entertaining. It's all about entertainment. On social media, he entertains the people."
