The pair could run it back yet again.after two high-quality match-ups.

Brad Pauls is ready for a trilogy rematch with Nathan Heaney.

The pair first met in March 2024, when Heaney kept the British middleweight title after a drawn fight.

Pauls was given the chance to run it back last weekend, and he emerged victorious to become the new champion.

Both encounters were impressive displays of all-British talent, and it is therefore not surprising a third bout could be on the cards, and the belt holder is open to putting on a third fight.

"It's something my team's looking at," Pauls said, reported the BBC. "But, for me, there's many doors opening now. The power's with me.

"But, like Nathan did for me, he honoured the rematch and he's asked for the same. I'll do the same if that's what he wants.

"If not, it could be another British defence against another domestic fighter, or, beating that, it could be a world title shot with my other belt, the WBA inter-continental. So there's many options."
