'The Baddest Man On The Planet' had his latest in a long line of pro wrestling crossover appearances on Wednesday.

Mike Tyson made a memorable appearance on the latest episode of All Elite Wrestling's weekly wrestling TV show 'Dynamite' on TNT in the U.S. and FITE worldwide.

The legendary former undisputed heavyweight champion of the boxing world made one of the most, if not the most famous, celebrity wrestling apearances back in 1998 when he sided with 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin in the main event of WrestleMania 14, and has shown up numerous times on both WWE and AEW television since then.

On Wednesday, he got involved in a storyline pitting two warring factions against one another: The Pinnacle, led by MJF and 1980s wrestling icon Tully Blanchard, and The Inner Circle, led by Tyson's frequent on-screen foe Chris Jericho.

This time around, however, Tyson saved Jericho from a gang attack at the hands of The Pinnacle, peppering Shawn Spears with a flurry of shots to the head and body before Spears' stablemates were able to pull him out of the ring and to safety while the rest of The Inner Circle finally managed to escape the room they were locked in by their enemies.

Jericho and Tyson then buried the storyline hatchet with a handshake. Also notable was the 'Legends Only League' t-shirt the boxer wore on the show, promoting his upstart project involving fellow retired stars getting back into their respective sports.

Next month, the Inner Circle/Pinnacle storyline gets even more violent as they fight in a 'Blood And Guts' match, which longtime wrestling fans will recognise as a 'War Games' match. Meanwhile, Tyson is expected to follow up his successful November exhibition against Roy Jones Jr. with another showcase, perhaps in May and perhaps against notorious former title rival Evander Holyfield.
