Moses Itauma set to appear on huge world title show in Liverpool

Moses Itauma set to appear on huge world title show in LiverpoolDAZN

Moses Itauma’s next outing could possibly take place in Liverpool in a couple of months when Nick Ball defends his world title against TJ Doheny.

The show, set for March 15, will see Ball look to enhance his credentials at featherweight as he aims to make a successful second defence after stopping Ronny Rios in October.

A lot of focus will also be placed on the undercard if Itauma is in action after the young heavyweight made quite a name for himself in 2024.

Impressing on multiple shows last year, Itauma took it to an altogether different level in December when he produced his best performance to date.

Opposed by Demsey McKean, Itauma was expected to receive some tough rounds from the experienced Australian, but he made a mockery those thoughts when he won in the opening rounds.

Itauma is hopeful that he can maintain that excellent form and it looks like he’ll be displaying his skills in Liverpool.

“Mid-March is what I’ve been told,” said Itauma when speaking on The Ariel Helwani Show

“Literally just before I jumped on this call, I was talking with my team to see who the next victim is, but we don’t know yet. We’re going to call out a couple of names, and who accepts the fight, accepts the fight.”
