Tyler Denny called for a fight with Chris Eubank Jr. after beating Matteo Signani on Saturday night.
Denny became middleweight champion when his Italian opponent retired ahead of the eighth round due to a bad cut.
Signani was the favourite going into the fight but the Denny emerged with the belt despite some heavy-handed hitting from the champion.
The pair exchanged some powerful blows along the way and Signani suffered a cut from a clash of heads, with Denny ahead on the cards.
Signani came forward in an attempt to avoid a costly stoppage for himself, but Denny stood strong, and his opponent ultimately did not return to contest the eighth round.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Denny celebrated his victory.
"It's unreal, I never would have dream something like this, I'm lost for words, I couldn't do this without them," he said. "I've fought everywhere, and this is the best place!”
Then he challenged one of the biggest names in British middleweight action.
He asked: "Where's Eubank Jr. at? Come on, man. I'll fight anybody!"
Eubank is first expected to fight Conor Benn before he considers any other offers.
