Queensbury Promotions have announced a new date for the undisputed world heavyweight title fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.
Originally set for February 17, the bout has now been rescheduled for May 18. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, remains the host city for the highly anticipated fight.
The news comes one day after the fight was postponed due to a cut above Fury's right eye, which was sustained in training.
While WBC champion Fury will remain sidelined for the next few months, unified titleholder Usyk is "talking" to IBF mandatory challenger Filip Hrgovic about a potential fight on the original Feb. 17 date, according to promoter Alex Krassyuk.
