The Ukrainian has shared the ring with both men.

Unified world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk has claimed that Daniel Dubois will never replicate the achievements of his fellow countryman Anthony Joshua.

Joshua, a two-time world heavyweight champion, fought Usyk in 2021 and 2022, but failed to get the win after losing on the judges' scorecards on both occasions.

Usyk then went head-to-head with Dubois in August and beat the 26-year-old with a ninth round stoppage in Poland.

Since turning professional in 2017, Dubois made a name for himself due to his knockout power with some backing him to become the next "AJ".

However, after facing both Joshua and Dubois, Usyk is not confident that Dubois can replicate the success enjoyed by the Olympic Gold medalist.

"There is no way to compare [Dubois and Joshua], because they are completely different fighters," Usyk told Boxing News

"Different skills; different styles. Totally different boxers. To be fair, I don’t think [Dubois can reach Joshua’s level]. I am sorry for saying this, but this is the truth and I’m telling it.”

Usyk's next fight is set to be against another British fighter in the form of WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury for the undisputed heavyweight title, however it is still not known when this contest will take place despite the pair announcing that a deal had been agreed back in September.
