Heavyweight fighter Martin Bakole revealed that Tyson Fury is the only man to impress him in the ring.
Fury suffered his first career defeat in May as Oleksandr Usyk became the first undisputed heavyweight champion of the four-belt era.
That came after an underwhelming display in a split decision win over Francis Ngannou back in October 2023, while Usyk stuttered to a win against Daniel Dubois in August.
The heavyweight pair run it back on December 21, while Bakole’s next assignment is against undefeated American Jared Anderson, live on DAZN tonight.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Bakole said he had sparred with both men, and gave Fury the edge.
Fury was the one who made the best impression on him. "The only person I'm impressed with is Tyson Fury. He's a big guy, he moves a lot. He moves his head," Bakole said.
"Usyk a little bit. Usyk I sparred in a small ring so I always gave him a hard time. Oh, if you could see his face when he sparred me, it's focused.
"Because I gave him a hard time, under pressure all the time. Tyson Fury, we sparred in a big ring, relaxed, very good sparring to watch."
