Jose Pedraza and Richard Commey produced a split draw as they combined to throw over one thousand punches on Saturday night.
The pair fought at 140lbs at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa, Okla. Each of the three judges had a different interpretation.
The cards were scored 97-93 for Pedraza, 96-94 for Commey, and the last went 95-95.
Thirty-five-year-old veteran Commey started brightly, but his opponent came back into the fight in the latter stages, drawing a cut from Commey in the sixth round above his left eye.
"I was a little bit disappointed because I thought I won this fight," said Commey after ten rounds, reported Sky Sports.
"This is boxing. I'm a warrior, and where I'm from, we fight."
