There is a huge fight in New York this weekend.

There is no surprise that Ryan Garcia is showing immense confidence ahead of a huge fight this weekend.

Garcia is currently in the final preparations ahead of his shot at a world title which comes against WBC super lightweight champion Devin Haney on Saturday night live on DAZN PPV

This contest has reignited a rivalry which dates back to the amateur ranks, and during a face off at the Empire State Building on Tuesday, Haney was quick to voice concerns about whether Garcia will be able to make the 140lb weight limit ahead of the opening bell.

Garcia was given a chance to respond to these concerns during a media workout on Wednesday and reiterated that he will be making weight ahead of the opening bell for his clash with Haney.

"It's right in front of your face! How am I going to miss weight?! I am just a motherf—r on a mission. I am still here, I am strong, and I am ready to destroy him. If Devin doesn't land face first, then I did something wrong," Garcia said.

"You can't deny all the work that Derrick and I have put in either. My technique is better, my hands are up, the chin is down - what do you all have to say? The social media is all just noise! I post something and then people think I'm crazy. I know what I am doing, and I'm in the middle of a promotional fight.

"This is the most important fight of my career, and I will not leave without the victory."
