Ryan Garcia vs. Emmanuel Tagoe: Date, fight time, TV channel and live streamDAZN
The long awaited comeback for the former WBC lightweight mandatory is here.

It's been well over a year away from the ring but Ryan Garcia will face Emmanuel Tagoe on April 9, shown live exclusively on DAZN.

The former WBC interim lightweight champion stepped back from the sport to take care of his mental health and then suffered a hand injury, further delaying his return.

His last fight came in January 2021 when he convincingly defeated Luke Campbell despite suffering his first career knockdown.

He will take on Ghanaian fighter Tagoe, an experienced 33-year-old who last fought in November 2020 when he beat Mason Menard. With just one defeat in 33 fights he will be a tough opponent for the Californian.
