There is a lot at stake for IBF super lightweight champion Subriel Matias when he returns to action in Puerto Rico.
Matias will be making the second defence of his title against Liam Paro live on DAZN this coming Saturday, and if Matias is able to get the win, some big fights may present themselves.
The 32-year-old is considered one of the most feared names at 140lbs and he has his sights set on facing the division's biggest names, and he named four opponents he wants to face in an interview with DAZN.
"I think it would be Rolly [Romero]," Matias began.
"After I’m done with Haney, Teofimo [Lopez]. For example, Teofimo, he’s smart, he’s going to quit.
"Haney is like a chicken."
Matias then named Gervonta Davis as another fighter he would like to face next and claimed that facing the undefeated American would be a tough test.
"Gervonta, this one I can say that is going to be more difficult," Matias said.
Matias' fight takes place on the same night as Davis' clash with Frank Martin in Las Vegas which will be available on Prime Video PPV in the U.S. and UK.
